This site documents a volunteer effort to use the WBCQ shortwave transmitter on 3265 kHz for Citizen Science (HamSci) projects. Work is currently underway to stabilize the transmitter frequency with a GPS Disciplined Oscillator and to generate highly precise time ticks. In addition to this, it will be possible to add special modulation formats in furtherance of HamSci research programs.
